All officers have gone through the a state approved course and have their license from the state that allows them to work as a security officer, but we at NMSS do not believe just that is enough. We take our officers out to the range or to our training rooms and teach them more skills so they are better prepared. We teach them how to deescalate a situations, how to talk to people and more. We also teach things under stress so things become second nature. We do this so if things happen in real life our officers will start reacting the right way out of memory.

Of Course, we actually prefer to do this. This lets us see your property and helps identify the unique needs and helps us start to formulate a plan with you on how to best help you and come up with a plan on how to fix it together.

We will send you weekly updates on what our officers are finding and/or doing on your property. We are fully transparent want you to know what we are doing. You are paying us to do a job, and we will provide you weekly updates.
