Why do you need a process server? Typically you have to have someone serve legal documents that is not involved in the case. Using a third party company takes any guessing out. We are a neutral 3rd party, and in civil matters you can usually recoup some of the fees you had to pay to pay for the process server.
WHAT YOU GET:
You will get on our uniformed officers that wear body cameras to record the serving process. You will be able to get a copy of this video as proof of service as well as all paperwork that shows proof of service.
